Consulting Engagement Overview
• Consultant to Chemetall Americas, New Providence, New Jersey as Project Manager for two separate
initiatives. The first initiative was to build an internal corporate recruiting process/strategy. Managed a
Contract Recruiting resource while working with Chemetall management to implement an ATS system
and develop candidate sourcing/attraction strategies including a diversity strategy. The second initiative
was to rebuild Chemetall's internal Human Resources Department. Managed a contract Director of
Human Resources charged with rebuilding HR strategies and processes. Recruited the new Director of
Human Resources. Chemetall Americas is a leader in specialist chemical products.
• Consultant to NetProspex, Waltham, Massachusetts as Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior
Recruitment Consultant. Responsible for development and deployment of NetProspex's internal
recruitment function including the development of sourcing strategies, employment branding and
internal processes. Recruited candidates for technology and business development roles including PHP /
LAMP Developers, Product Managers, QA Engineers, Data Quality Analysts and Sales Account
Executives. Trained an entry level Recruiter to serve as NetProspex's full time Corporate Recruiter.
NetProspex is a startup that aims to make lead generation easier and more cost effective and help their
clients sell smarter and faster with an innovative and highly effective process for finding, trading, and
buying targeted business contacts.
• Consultant to Backupify, Cambridge, Massachusetts as Senior Recruitment Consultant responsible for
the recruitment of Ruby on Rails Software Engineer and Development Operations Engineer roles.
Backupify is a startup provider of backup and recovery solutions for Software-as-a-Service applications.
• Consultant to PatientsLikeMe, Cambridge, Massachusetts as Senior Recruitment Consultant.
Responsible for full lifecycle recruitment and development of candidate sourcing strategies for all
internal departments. Candidates recruited included Ruby on Rails Engineers, Marketing, Product
Managers, Moderators, Client Managers and Research Scientists. PatientsLikeMe is a startup that
provides a free online community for all patients with any life-changing condition.
• Consultant to Quantech Services, Lexington, Massachusetts as Senior Recruitment Consultant.
Responsible for full lifecycle recruitment, development of candidate sourcing strategies and
management of an internal resource. Recruited Engineering and IT candidates with DoD security
clearances for government projects. Quantech Services provides consulting products and services in the
areas of Program Management, Engineering Services, Cost and Financial Management to the

• Consultant to SSD Technology Partners, Wilmington, Delaware as Senior Recruitment Consultant.
Responsible for the recruitment of internal software engineering, support and network engineering
positions. SSD Technology Partners is an award winning network integrator servicing the SMB market in
Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey.
• Consultant to Encima Group, Newark, Delaware as Sr. Recruitment Consultant. Responsible for
development of sourcing strategies and full lifecycle recruitment of senior marketing professionals with
pharmaceutical vertical experience. Candidates recruited had backgrounds in enterprise digital
marketing strategy and execution. Encima Group is focused on building, enhancing and optimizing their
pharmaceutical clients' marketing efforts by providing results focused marketing strategy, operations
and support.
• Retained Consultant to Livengrin Foundation, Bensalem, Pennsylvania to recruit a Chief Financial
Officer, a Director of Human Resources and a Director of Development / Fundraising. Livengrin
Foundation is a premier non-profit provider of high-quality treatment and recovery from substance
abuse.
• Consultant to Accenture, New York, NY as Team Lead and Sr. Recruitment Consultant for an initiative
to recruit to recruit candidates for senior consulting roles in Accenture's Finance Transformation
Practice across the U.S. Candidates recruited had backgrounds in Tier 1 consulting, financial strategy and
financial systems implementation. Accenture is a global management consulting, technology services
and outsourcing company.
• Consultant to Grasshopper Group, Needham, Massachusetts, Austin, Texas and San Francisco,
California as Director of Recruiting and Senior Recruitment Consultant for Grasshopper Group's suite of
SaaS products for entrepreneurs. Responsible for the development and deployment of Grasshopper
Group's full lifecycle internal recruiting function including the development of all processes and
strategies. Responsible for the management of the recruitment team and candidate sourcing resources,
pipeline management, and recruitment branding. Designed and deployed Grasshopper Group's
employee referral program and internship program. Managed outside staffing vendors when utilized.
Participated in the evaluation and selection of Grasshopper Group's recruitment technology.
Implemented and trained internal resources on use of the ATS system. Managed recruitment and
actively recruited for all internal departments including Software Engineering, Network Operations,
Marketing, Creative, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations. Grasshopper Group is a startup that
develops a suite of products for entrepreneurs including Grasshopper, Chargify and Spreadable.
• Consultant to IMS Health, Collegeville, Pennsylvania and Parsippany, New Jersey as Recruitment Team
Lead for an initiative to recruit Engagement Managers and Sr. Consultants with pharmaceutical patient
level and sales/marketing data experience for IMS consulting engagements across the United States.
Managed execution and engagement with several internal IMS hiring authorities. Acted as Lead
Recruiter directing and leading a team of consultants recruiting for the IMS engagement. IMS Health is
commercial pharmaceutical's IT partner of choice. IMS Health works with nearly every pharmaceutical
and biotech company worldwide to provide value-added input on business challenges, to deliver
projects that solve those strategic issues, and to develop business opportunities that will ensure faster
growth and high-level client satisfaction.

recruitment resource. Responsible for management of candidate generation activities, recruitment
process, and candidate pipeline reporting. Ipswitch develops software to manage networks, securely
transfer files and communicate via e-mail.
• Consultant to The Resumator, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania as Director of Recruiting and Sr. Recruitment
Consultant. Responsible for development and execution of recruiting strategies and processes for this
start-up SaaS provider. Worked with The Resumator's Founder on the development of headcount
planning and recruitment strategies and processes. Provided hands on recruiting support to all
corporate departments including Software Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
Member of the Corporate Advisory Board providing advice and direction on Resumator product
enhancements. The Resumator is a startup that helps small businesses, non-profits, and start-ups save
time and money on hiring by empowering them with hiring tools they've never had but have always
needed.
• Consultant to Hydro Aluminum North America, Linthicum, MD as Senior Recruitment Consultant.
Responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of Sales Engineers, Business Development Managers, Territory
Sales Managers and Inside Sales Representatives across the United States. Worked with Hydro's Human
Resources Department to create a recruitment strategy and tools to successfully generate candidate
flow in multiple markets. Hydro Aluminum North America provides aluminum solutions including supply
sourcing, extrusion, finishing, and fabrication of components, as well as engineering and contract
manufacturing services for a variety of industries.
• Consultant to Yieldbot, Maynard, Massachusetts and New York, New York as Consultant Director of
Recruiting and Human Resources and Senior Consultant. Responsible for establishing recruitment and
HR practices for this technology start-up. Provided full lifecycle recruitment for technology roles.
• Consultant to Dow Jones, Princeton, New Jersey and New York, New York as Senior Recruitment
Consultant. Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting for software engineering, IT, Human Resources, and
Marketing roles within Dow Jones' Princeton and New York locations. A leader in news and business
information world-wide, Dow Jones is newswires, web sites, newspapers, newsletters, databases,
magazines, radio and television.
• Consultant to RentFeeder, New York, New York as Sr. Recruitment Consultant. Responsible for working
with RentFeeder's founder to make the first two hires for this start-up web application. Worked with
RentFeeder's founder on headcount planning, recruitment strategies, and hands on recruitment.
Rentfeeder is a startup web-based SaaS application for realtors.
• Consultant to Cambridge BioMarketing, Cambridge, Massachusetts as Consultant Director of
Recruiting and Senior Recruitment Consultant. Responsible for the development and deployment of a
full lifecycle internal recruiting process/strategy. Developed Cambridge BioMarketing's internal
recruitment workflow, employee referral program, employment branding, and social media recruitment
strategy. Developed a standard 3rd party vendor services agreement and negotiated consistent terms
with existing 3rd party resources. Evaluated and implemented a recruitment technology solution (ATS
system). Spearheaded an effort to benchmark successful employees in the agency and identify those
traits in potential candidates. Worked with the digital marketing department to develop employment
branding initiatives. Actively recruited on internal positions in all areas of the agency including Software
Engineering/Development, Creative, Traffic, Copywriting, Operations and Account Services. Cambridge

• Consultant to SDI Health, Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania as Sr. Recruitment Consultant. Responsible
for the recruitment of executive, technical, and business candidates with healthcare and pharmaceutical
domain experience. Responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, and process management. SDI Health
is a healthcare analytics organization that works with all of the top 50
pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical manufacturers, medical and surgical device manufacturers and other
top healthcare organizations.
• Consultant to Alliance Life Sciences Consulting Group, Bridgewater, New Jersey, to recruit Technical
Architects, Project Managers, and Business Analysts with Life Sciences domain experience for consulting
engagements in the Northeast corridor. Responsible for direct candidate sourcing from competing life
sciences organizations and networking within the Life Sciences technical community. Alliance Life

• Consultant to ConforMIS, Burlington, Massachusetts, as Project Manager and Sr. Recruitment
Consultant to deploy and manage an initiative to roll out a national sales force for this start-up medical
device firm. Candidates included Regional Sales Managers and Territory Managers with orthopedic and
sports medicine sales backgrounds across the United States. Responsible for the management of
recruitment and sourcing resources, candidate sourcing, screening, and submission, pipeline
management, and weekly reporting. ConforMIS is a start-up firm that develops and commercializes
medical devices for treatment of osteoarthritis and joint damages.
• Consultant to Incontext Design, Concord, Massachusetts and Chicago, Illinois, as Project Manager and
Sr. Recruitment Consultant to deploy and manage an initiative to recruit Project Managers, Interaction
Designers, Work Practice Designers, User Researchers, and Business Development Managers in Chicago
and Concord. Responsible for the management of recruiting and sourcing resources, candidate sourcing,

management roles in New Jersey and Virginia. Candidates were sourced, screened, and then forwarded
to internal AHM Recruiters for processing and inclusion into the recruitment process. Advanced Health
Media is a leader in pharmaceutical marketing and communications.
• Consultant to Comcast Communications, Corporate Office, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as Sr.
Recruitment Consultant to support Comcast's National Customer Service Senior Leadership team.
Positions included Vice Presidents, Senior Directors, Directors, and Managers within Comcast's national
customer service management team. Comcast is the largest provider of cable services in the U.S. and

locations. Responsible for uncovering recruiting sources, screening candidates, and reporting. Design

• Consultant to Pepco Holdings, Newark, Delaware, Washington DC, and Atlantic City, New Jersey, as Sr.
