Proactively sold vendor management system (VMS) programs under the RightSourcing brand to
executive level leaders at large hospitals and healthcare systems whose contract labor spend
exceeded $10 million dollars, annually. Traveled across the US to present VMS-program

Senior Account Manager, COMFORCE, Irvine, CA (November 1999-June 2001)
Comforce, was a half-billion dollar staffing corporation specializing in Information Technology,
Telecom, healthcare/medical and biotech contract staffing solutions. Revenue in my division was at
an all time low and there were no open job orders.

Duties included: cold calling, prospecting, top down selling, in-person meetings with prospect
clients, national sales presentations nation-wide, contracts/fee negotiation, job order creation,
management and ownership of job orders, writing RFP’s, management of recruiting process,
interviewing, candidate selection and compensation package negotiation.
Key Accomplishments:
   • Significantly increased revenue and profits within my division. Prior to my acceptance of this
      position, revenue was below $20k per month, I increased revenue to average between
      $120K-150K/mo by the end of my 4th month, nearly tripling requirements.
   • Single-handedly increased job orders from 0 to 60 within 4 months.
   • Responsible for closing 5 fortune-500 corporations as new accounts
   • Ranked number one in sales within the western region (12 offices) and maintained this
