Comforce, was a half-billion dollar staffing corporation specializing in Information Technology,
Telecom, healthcare/medical and biotech contract staffing solutions. Revenue in my division was at
an all time low and there were no open job orders.
Duties included: cold calling, prospecting, top down selling, in-person meetings with prospect
clients, national sales presentations nation-wide, contracts/fee negotiation, job order creation,
management and ownership of job orders, writing RFP’s, management of recruiting process,
interviewing, candidate selection and compensation package negotiation.

• Significantly increased revenue and profits within my division. Prior to my acceptance of this
position, revenue was below $20k per month, I increased revenue to average between
$120K-150K/mo by the end of my 4th month, nearly tripling requirements.
