House to attend you. They work outside of the Nacional Health Service.
Hospital midwaves: This are the midwifes who work on the Nacional
Health Service. The mothers have to go to te hospital to be attend.

THINGS TO AVOID DURING PREGNANCY:

 No alcoholic drinks
THINGS TO DO DURING PREGNANCY:
 Do moderate excercise  Drink plenty of fluids , preferably water.
 Sleeping on your side with a
pillow between your legs.
 Wash your hands perfectly
