This paper Microsoft Corporation was written for my Strategic Management class (TM583) back in the Sping of June 2011. The objective of the project was to come up with a comprehensive strategic business plan for a new or existing company. The Microsoft project covers seven course objectives which include, Microsoft's strategy, Microsoft's core competencies, Microsoft's industry dynamics, Microsoft's technology sourcing and internal innovations, Microsoft's product development strategy, Microsoft's strategy to protect innovations, and a Microsoft's project bibliography. Unfortunately, there is no Power Point associated with this project either, but it would have been a great project to make one for this topic.

APPLYING BUSINS SKILLS/CONCEPTS/LEADERSHIP TO STEVE JOBS CAREER
Steve Paul Jobs
By: Younus Rizvi March 29, 2020
We all use technology on a daily basis and are unconscious about the individual
that made it all happen. Steve jobs is one of the founding fathers of next generation cell phones. His
technology is also used for corporate business, highly classified security and the most common
one, public use. Steve jobs was born in February, 24 1955 in the city of San francisco in the United
States of America. He was born as the first child and his parents who were in University set him up
for adoption. He was adopted by biological parents, Paul and Clara jobs. Steve was a train driver
for a railroad company, but his parents wanted their children to have a sustainable education and
moved to the city of Mountain view. Due to high costs of Reed college in Portland 1972, he was
forced to drop out with very little profit. In 1976 he moved to California he had been involved with
Woznik and created a computer and called it the Apple 1. Apple was recently launched by Steve
Jobs and Steve Wozinak, his old highschool friend, known as the co-founder, which began in 1976.
Their small shop was located in California, where they worked on revolutionizing technology, by
building the world’s first user-friendly computer. This came out to be a big success and they had
changed the way consumer technology was looked back then. They started creating computer
parts, even for Microsoft. Apple was so integreid by their first successful launch, they decided to
hire a new management team, where they introduced the first ever apple computer known as the
iMac. Yet again this product was marvelous and caught the attention of many consumers once
again. This product was released one year after the initial launch of the first user-friendly
computer. Their evolution of technology leveraged their company and started to become more
known in the world.
When Apple first started to bring in a new
management team, they had been assigned
specific tasks that play out the leadership role
from Blake and Mouton. The club manager
would be responsible for receiving feedback
from customers that use their products on a
daily-basis and use it to make better products, to
strengthen consumer and production
relationships. This is one of the biggest
leadership styles apple has implied too. A team
manager leadership style would be responsible
for collaborating ideas with each branch of the
company to make stronger relationships. As well as have a purpose to make them feel valued
based on their ideas and not underlying it. Apple does a great job on this and was awarded as the

History of art "THE SARCOPHAGUS OF TUTANKHAMEN"Nicolas Jaaar
First of all, you need to understand the reason for the very uniqueness of the tomb of King Tutankhamun. As itself in the history of ancient Egypt ruler did not leave a deep impression - the rules just a few years, has died at a very young age, no exploits, conquests, public elementary achievements do not have time.

Why are tomorrow's fares get higher? It's simply means that the fare of flying tickets will be high if the flight is fully booked.Example: 1 person planning to travel from Ercan to Istanbul today with availability of three categories of carrier Turkish airline, Pegasus, Atlas jet. Turkish airline is full, Pegasus 1 seats remaining, Atlas jet 3 seats remaining and we have 30 passengers, so we decided to change the fare from 200TRY to 600TRY, for 3 times higher than the normal price. This happens because of emergency, lack of planning and on expected invitation.

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).
Speakers:
Bob Boule
Robert Boule is a technology enthusiast with PASSION for technology and making things work along with a knack for helping others understand how things work. He comes with around 20 years of solution engineering experience in application security, software continuous delivery, and SaaS platforms. He is known for his dynamic presentations in CI/CD and application security integrated in software delivery lifecycle.
Gopinath Rebala
Gopinath Rebala is the CTO of OpsMx, where he has overall responsibility for the machine learning and data processing architectures for Secure Software Delivery. Gopi also has a strong connection with our customers, leading design and architecture for strategic implementations. Gopi is a frequent speaker and well-known leader in continuous delivery and integrating security into software delivery.
Kubernetes & AI - Beauty and the Beast !?! @KCD Istanbul 2024Tobias Schneck
As AI technology is pushing into IT I was wondering myself, as an “infrastructure container kubernetes guy”, how get this fancy AI technology get managed from an infrastructure operational view? Is it possible to apply our lovely cloud native principals as well? What benefit’s both technologies could bring to each other?
Let me take this questions and provide you a short journey through existing deployment models and use cases for AI software. On practical examples, we discuss what cloud/on-premise strategy we may need for applying it to our own infrastructure to get it to work from an enterprise perspective. I want to give an overview about infrastructure requirements and technologies, what could be beneficial or limiting your AI use cases in an enterprise environment. An interactive Demo will give you some insides, what approaches I got already working for real.
