"Create a family of devices and services for individuals and
businesses."
Microsoft wants to be more like Apple on the consumer and
devices front, and more like Google and Amazon on the services
front.
My strategy on Microsoft vision would be ;
Survey of consumer expectation for mobile.
Like apple, launch well featured mobiles, with enormous applications and less
price.
Research and development on Microsoft website (Google) and Microsoft online
shop (Amazon).
