2015- Present Kiewit Energy Company (Cove Point LNG Project) Lusby, MD
Onboarding/Orientation Coordinator
 Completing all new craft (over 3000) & non-employees hiring actions and processes.
 Coordinate all Orientations for Sub Contractors, Staff and New Direct Hires.
 Completing I9’s (including international transfers) to ensure all employees are E-Verified.
 Handling legal documentation.
 Pay Additions for all new craft employees (one time payments and special payments).
 All POD functions (adding in SAP and activating new accounts).
 Head Count Reports; complied in Excel for all Hired Craft Vs Termed Craft.
 Compile/send weekly “Barrett Report” to report the monthly/weekly hired in to Segment Heads
 Ad Hoc Reporting (SAP for hired and termed report).
 Compliance with Self-ID Forms & WOTC.
 Assist with compiling and completing new hire packets.
 Maintain calendars & upload/edit files for SharePoint (2013).
 Act as liaison between HR, craft direct hires, subcontractors and staff employees.
 Reconcile FedEx and Cove Point’s main Business Travel Credit Card (BTA)
 Prepare and submit shopping carts for all orientation needs and signalman trainings.
