 2013 / 2014 Rancho Campana High School #03-114964. Oxnard HS
Unified School District. Provided constructability review and DSA
compliance overview of all plans, specifications, Addenda and
construction documents for the new High School Campus. Served as
consultant to S.C. Anderson, Inc., the General Contractor awarded the
contract. The new High School, set on 27 acres, has nine buildings; the
most intricate being a fully functional Performing Arts Center, complete
with state of the art theatrical components, rigging, galleries and

Obtained and held all Deputy Inspection licenses for structural
inspection: Masonry, Concrete, Welding, Shot-crete, Post-tension
Concrete, Spray-applied Fire Proofing, Epoxy Injection, and Drilled-in-
Anchor inspection.
DSA Experience  2016-Present: #03-116835: El Rodeo Make Ready Project.
Construction of Temporary Stairs at Bldg. E, Temp. ADA Egress Ramp,
Permanent Reinforced Concrete ADA Switchback ramp and retaining
walls. Also includes guardrail systems and emergency egress system
installations. This project is in preparation for the $54 million dollar

Original scope to replace topping slab was modified by CCD 02,
whereat the structural deck revealed cracking and rebar without
proper cover. The required re-design of topping being slab dowelled
