Oversee the daily functions, maintenance, and transportation of the San Lorenzo Valley Unified School
District. Plan, direct and support multiple employee groups, maintain district budgets, and oversee all new
construction, repair work and ongoing maintenance projects.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER, San Lorenzo Valley School District (2007 to 2015)
Successfully managed the 8 million dollar SLVUSD High School Middle School Library project, the 2
million dollar Boulder Creek Elementary Science Building, the 1.5 million SLE Science Building, the 7
million dollar High School performing arts building. Maintenance and Modernization Projects completed
as the SLVUSD Construction Manager in the last seven years have included multiple roofing projects on
two campuses involving major structural repairs, and a new High Voltage substation to support new
facilities. Managed approximately 12 smaller construction projects from class room remodels to fire
alarm, electrical and plumbing improvements. Continuous involvement from inception to completion of
all projects.
Oversaw all expenditures and budgets under multiple bond programs totaling approximately 25 million
dollars. Full understanding of California school funding requirements and public bid requirements.
Organize and direct the Bond Over Site Committee, scheduling meetings, reporting on expenditures, and
reporting on progress of projects. Successfully completed all projects under my supervision on time and

2. Bond Program Specialist As the Bond Program Specialist at Pajaro Valley Unified I worked
as a consultant to the CBO and oversaw multiple construction projects including 5 major solar
system installations, modernization, repair and the planning and design of new classrooms on
multiple campuses throughout the Pajaro Valley Unified District.

Direct site work for million dollar plus expansion project for Valley Springs Good Samaritan Church,
including excavation, storm drains, irrigation and utilities. Design and installation of a multi well and high
pressure water main irrigation system for Bret Harte Unified School District. Project included electrical
control installation and programming. Integration of a new settling pond aeration system at Tuolumne
City Waste Water Treatment Plant.

Oversaw five million dollar electrical renovation of the Southern Pacific Railway Station of Stockton,
CA. Field design and installation of all power, telephone, fire alarm, and security systems, including
switch gear and lighting. Negotiated change orders, proposals and requests for information. Completed
the modernization of San Andreas, West Point, and Rail Road Flat Elementary Schools through power
distribution, fire alarm, and communication systems. Instrumental in completion of a multimillion dollar
