District. Plan, direct and support multiple employee groups, maintain district budgets, and oversee all new
construction, repair work and ongoing maintenance projects.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER, San Lorenzo Valley School District (2007 to 2015)
Successfully managed the 8 million dollar SLVUSD High School Middle School Library project, the 2
million dollar Boulder Creek Elementary Science Building, the 1.5 million SLE Science Building, the 7
million dollar High School performing arts building. Maintenance and Modernization Projects completed
as the SLVUSD Construction Manager in the last seven years have included multiple roofing projects on
two campuses involving major structural repairs, and a new High Voltage substation to support new
facilities. Managed approximately 12 smaller construction projects from class room remodels to fire
alarm, electrical and plumbing improvements. Continuous involvement from inception to completion of
all projects.
Oversaw all expenditures and budgets under multiple bond programs totaling approximately 25 million
