This document outlines Jesse Gloyd's agenda for a discussion on creating metacognitive superhumans. The agenda includes rules for living and teaching, background on mastery learning, and a discussion of choice, freedom, autonomy, and using evidence and defense to support mastery. Gloyd will take questions from those in attendance and on Twitter about implementing personalized learning paths with a mastery framework that gives students autonomy over their work.
