 Stigma makes it harder to have a complete and satisfying life, due to the negative
judgment and opinions of others

 There are a lot of college students struggling with mental illnesses
 It is already hard enough to have a disorder, but to be judged for it too just makes it
worse
 Mental health is very important to me, and I think that more people should be
open-minded and understanding of it
 Mental illness needs to be talked about, in order for college students, and people
in general, to feel supported and get the help that they may need
