• Athletes are destroying their bodies to gain an upper hand against
opponents.
• Using steroids is considered cheating and is negatively affecting the way
people watch/play sports.

• Since these topic involves all kinds of sports it is going to be difficult on
touching all of them and not just focusing on one.
• Most of the research is about the negative effects and how people should
not do steroids, so it will be hard to find opposing evidence.
• There are also so many different kinds of drugs that are so called
“performance enhancing”, so to mention all of those could be an issue.

7. Why is it Relevant/Worth Exploring
• Sports are a very popular/ loved hobby in our society and to keep purity is
key.
• This is very unfair for the all the athletes that dedicate their whole to
becoming the best just to be forgotten by a player who has an unfair
advantage.
• Most people in society have the same feeling with the drug war with sports.
