• I gain a lot of energy by sharing
knowledge on how it is in industry.
I believe it is important to build bridges
between academia and industry through research, master
thesis, cases in courses and now also through mentorship. I
see this as a win-win activity.

  • 4. Benefits for mentors • I gain a lot of energy by sharing knowledge on how it is in industry. I believe it is important to build bridges between academia and industry through research, master thesis, cases in courses and now also through mentorship. More frequent in early part of the programme  Change meeting place: Work place, Coffee shop, office??  Planning for yourself: What do you want? – Describe this to your mentor  Be honest - both about your strengths and weaknesses  Print and save short notes from mentor meetings ("log")  Plan and allocate time for self-reflection before / after meetings with your mentor
