Mediation is a mutual process, where a neutral
third party facilitate communication between
disputing parties in order to resolve dispute on
amicable terms of settlement, mediation is a
confidential and Non-binding process and
communication taken place during mediation is
not admissible in the court of Law, Mediation is a
flexible, timely, cost-effective mode of
alternative dispute resolution, it can lead the
parties to gain win-win position.
