1. The Wrong Step
Sett
the opening setting for our film would be set in the school gym. It would be in the day
time, in the middle of the school week. The dancer would be practising his dancing for a
next upcoming competition. It would take place in school when the gym isn't used. The
dancer would be all on his own when practising this is to symbolise the loneliness that
the dancer holds.
INT-SCHOOL GYM-DAY
Music whilst Jam is dancing for the first minute of the opening sequence. He will be
dancing to, .................. Flashes back of the previous medals and awards that were won
by him in the past. You can see the amount of medals that he has won in a variety of
dances, that he has won in the past.
Dancer- JAM
One, two, three,four...
(He is concentrating on the dance routine that is being practised or the competition.)
Stewart barged through the gym door running over to Jam.
Dancer's friend- BROOKE
Jam, when are you going to finish practising? You are going to be ate to lessons this
afternoon!
Jam is still dancing whilst talking back to Brooke.
JAM
I will come in a minute just after i get this sequence right

2. Jam carries on dancing, trying to get the sequence right; when he messes up the
sequence he gets really angry and starts kicking the wall.
For god sake why aren't I getting this right!(Yells)
BROOKE
By the way, have you heard about the party it's all been organised by Chris?
JAM
No, I haven't
Jam is still getting angry and it doesn't help with Brooke being there.
Titles start to roll, whilst you see different pictures of Jam dancing.
