your gender
Out of all the people that answered my
questionnaire 12 of them were females
and 4 were males. This is will show that
the majority of the answers will be from
females. If I was re-do my coursework I
would have made sure that both females
and males are equal so I had clear ideas
from both genders to appeal to them both.

3. Question 2- What
is your age?
From the quesiton
about how they are, 13
of them were in the
range of 15-17, 2 were
in 18-20 and 1 was in
27-29. This is a good
variety as for my trailer
my target audience will
be in the range of 15-29.
The answers I get will be
from my target
audience.

4. Question 3- What do
you like to do most in
your leisure time.
The majority of the people
answered to “go out with
friends/family which shows
they are very sociable. The
next highest one was
shopping, as it is mainly
female it from their opinion.
Listen to music and watch
movies are also high, which is
good for my answers to know
that they do watch movies in
their spare time which means
they would watch trailers.

your favorite film
genre
I wanted to ask this question as
I am doing a psychological
thriller trailer I wanted to know
I most people would want to
watch one. The highest answer
was romantic comedy, as
mostly female women it would
be their own opinion. Comedy
with second with psychological
thriller was next which was
good for my answers as I knew
that the people who answered
my questionnaire does like
psychological thrillers.

seen a psychological
thriller in the last 24
months? I wanted to know if
people regularly watch
psychological thrillers, by
doing the questionnaire I
found out that the
majority of people do
watch psychological
thrillers. This made my
answers more reliable
and supportive as I know
that the people I have
asked are interested in a
trailer I will be making.

I wanted to ask my
participants if they liked
psychological thrillers .
The 11 said yes and 5
said no, the majority said
yes, this helped me as I
found out that people do
actually watch
psychological thrillers
even if it isn't there
favorite film genre.

8. Question 7- What do
you expect to see in a
psychological thriller?
I wanted to find out what
people expected to see in a
psychological thriller. So I could
interpret them and try and out
them in my trailer. This would
help me with my planning and
making for my trailer and help
me with ideas I could use for the
narrative as well. As I know
what people would be looking
for, as they would stereotype it.

I wanted to know what
people enjoyed about a
psychological thriller, as it
would help me to create a
narrative and put what
people enjoyed in the
trailer to attract peoples
attention. As this could
influence what my
narrative is and what I use
for my trailer as I knew
what people would enjoy.

you tend to watch
the trailer before
watching the film?
I wanted to find out
whether people actually
watch a trailer before
watching a film. I wanted
to see if a trailer is
important. 6 out of 16 said
they watch trailer every
time and 5 said mostly
which shows that it is very
important and they want
to watch the trailer before
they watch a film. Which
shows it is important so
you have to make it
enjoyable and appealing.

you find most effective
about a film trailer?
This question would
help me to pick out
what would be best in
my trailer. So it could
influence my decision
what's best to put in
my trailer which
would appeal to my
target audience.
