Medha provides career counseling, skills training, mentorship and job placement assistance to help youth in India transition from education to employment. It focuses on developing 21st century skills, improving interview skills and expanding professional networks for students. Its programs have helped increase ideation abilities for 76% of students, improved interview skills for 90% of students, and led to 40% salary growth within the first year for graduates. Medha works with academia, government, and industry partners to expand opportunities for underserved youth across multiple states in India. Its long term vision is to create equal career opportunities irrespective of gender, class or caste.
