There are three main types of transport: land, air, and water. Land transport includes vehicles that move on land like buses, motorcycles, and bullock carts, which can be two-wheeled, three-wheeled, or four-wheeled. Air transport consists of aeroplanes and helicopters that move through the air. Water transport covers vessels that travel on water such as motor boats, ships, and boats. Most transports are powered by petrol, diesel, or gas but some can also run on electricity.

1. Means of transport
 Mainly there are only three types of transport:
 Land transport
 Air transport
 Water transport

2. 1.Land transport
 Land transport are those transport which can move on land.
for example,bus,motorcycle,bullock-cart,etc.
 In land transport there are many types of vehicles:
 two-wheelers: Vehicles having two wheels only.
for eg . scooter,motrcycle,bicycle,etc
 three wheelers: Vehicles having three wheels only.
For eg. Rickshaw,auto-rickshaw,etc.
 four-wheelers: Vehicles having four wheels only.
For eg. Bus,car,etc.
 vehicles which are driven by animals.
For eg. Bullock-cart.

3. Air transport
 Air transport are those transports which can move in air.
 There are only two air transport which are as follows:
 1.aeroplane
 2.helicopter

4. WATER TRANSPORT
Transport which can move on water are called
water transport.
 There are few water transport:
 Motor boat
 Ship
 Boat

5. Note:
All these transports run on petrol or diesel or
gas.
Some of the transport can also run by
electricity also.
