This document summarizes a student's project to create a visual simulator for detecting compromised nodes in a wireless sensor network (WSN). The student used the DarkBASIC game engine to simulate a WSN and represent compromised nodes in red, trusted nodes in white, and unknown nodes in magenta. The simulator connects nodes to their neighbors with lines and allows visualizing detection of compromised nodes. Future work includes adding power consumption simulation and testing the design with users. The project aims to benefit WSN research by providing a visual tool to simulate compromised node detection.
