I do various exercises throughout the week, including walking to and from school for fifteen minutes each day, an hour and a half of PE at school once a week playing football and jumping rope, basketball coaching three times a week, playing in a basketball match on Saturdays, and playing with my sister on Sundays, totaling around eleven hours of exercise per week. Exercise makes me feel good about myself and helps me with hunger, thirst, and sleep.

- 3. At school ,we have PE once a week during 1 hour and thirty minutes. We play football and jump with the rope at break time. I jump with the rope in the play ground with my friends.
- 4. After school I go to basketball coaching Three times a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. At weekend, I play a basketball match on Saturday. On Sunday , I play with my sister.
- 5. I think I do about eleven hours of exercise every week. When I do exercise, I feel good about myself. I get hungry and thirsty and sleep well.
