• DOCs Live is an anonymous mobile app created by me .
• This application will help the patients to get a live connection
with the Doctors of their needs .
• Online medicine will also be provided.
• The main motive of this mobile app is to have an easy access
of doctors in a best possible i.e by through video conferencing,
online messaging or doctors at home service.
Situation Analysis
• Company Overview:
Docs Live will be a company that will deal with improving
the ties between the doctor and patient in a most
convenient way in terms of curing patient through online
process or through by doctors coming live through a video
chat.
Market Overview
• Health care sector is one of the sensitive sections where
majority of the company fails to live up the expectations of
the customers.
• So, by providing or fulfilling necessary needs and wants to its
customers then a company can be successful in a big way.
TARGET CUSTOMERS
• The customers can be any persons who actually are impulsive
users of mobile and can easily connect with doctors.
• Young generation between the age of 18-45 can be a vital
target as this group is maximum user of mobile.
• Thus the popularity can be gained by targeting these
customers in its initial stage.
GOAL
• The goal of this application is to make a patient requirement
to a doctor in a easiest way.
• Patients who avoid doctor due to negligence can also have a
better idea about its sufferings & can access doctors even if
they don’t feel like visiting them in a clinic or hospitals.
