Aarong is one of the best retail chains
in Bangladesh operating under BRAC. The
Organization was established in 1978. Aarong
operates production units in rural and semi-
urban areas as a part of its social enterprise
model .
Aarong – Bengali for ‘village fair’ – is
Bangladesh’s most popular lifestyle retail chain.
Today, with 20 retail stores across Bangladesh
and over 100 fashion and lifestyle product lines,
Aarong supports 65,000 artisans with fair terms
of trade.

received by Md. Abdur Rouf, Chief

Seoul, South Korea.
