Yatra.com launches scheme for international air travellers

MUMBAI: Online travel portal Yatra.com on Monday launched a special scheme that offers lucrative benefits to customers booking international air tickets through its website.
'Yatra Fair Deal Promise' is aimed at reaching out to large-size families who through this scheme would be able to travel overseas and also avail of benefits, it said.
"Every time a customer buys an international air ticket, he will be assured of a 'Fair Deal Promise' offering the most competitive prices," a company release said here.
The customer would also be entitled to free shopping vouchers worth Rs 4,000 with every ticket, it said.
"Our latest offering aims at reaching out to large-size families, who through this scheme will be able to travel overseas by availing multiple payment systems and offers," Yatra.Com Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Dhruv Shringi said in the release.
In addition, the customer would have the flexibility to pay only 25 per cent of the air-ticket value and the balance amount can be paid at a later date through multiple payment options such as cheque, demand draft or credit card at no additional fee, the release said
