Cox & Kings is the longest established travel company
in the world. Its distinguished history began in 1758
when it was appointed as general agents to the
regiment of Foot Guards in India under the command
of Lord Ligonier.
Today, Cox & Kings is a premium brand in all travel
related services in the Indian subcontinent, employing
over 5000 trained professionals.

3. Its India operations are headquartered in Mumbai and
has the status of a limited company. It has over 12 fully
owned offices in India across key cities such as New
Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Ahmedabad,
Kochi, Hyderabad, Pune, Goa, Nagpur and Jaipur.
The worldwide offices are located in UK, USA, Japan,
Russia, Singapore and Dubai. It has associate offices in

4. 2012-15 - Cox & Kings Group acquired 100% of the
issued and outstanding shares of Late Rooms Ltd (UK)
(‘LateRooms’) for GBP 8.5 million.
2016 - it sold 100% of LateRooms Ltd (UK)
(‘LateRooms’) to Enterprises UK Ltd. (‘Malvern’) for GBP
20 million.

 Intra-net is a type of network used by internal
employees of a company. In Outbound B2B
department of Cox and Kings, intranet is used to
record all the travel agents and customer related data
right from booking to recording the full amount paid
by the customers and entering the database of travel
agents who want to attain the franchise or just want to
have a connection with this 250 years old travel agency.

12. Conclusion
 This three months I have worked in outbound
department of Cox and Kings which was full of
learning.I have started by talking to agents regarding
Fit and Git packages,Omg offers.
 File maintaining,Working in Cox and Kings intra net
system(CKIS) Apart from that destination knowledge
of America And Europe.
