RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervise and lead the team in ensuring proper delivery of services to clients based on the set
schedules;
2. Lead the team in conducting preventive, corrective, routine schedule of maintenance and repair and
Engine overhauling and testing based on technical manual and datas, conduct diagnoses and
troubleshooting for functional standard requirement;
3. Coordinate all service request from clients and maintain records of day to day maintenance and
operations including troubleshooting, rectification of generators and controllers;
4. Monitor and track all materials, equipment and supplies in the warehouse through conduct of
5. proper inventory and on-site validation from various regions in Afghanistan.
6. Provide detailed plans and progress reports with recommendations on the status of mission and
field offices electrical requirements;
7. Provide technical specifications on all electrical and generator for procurement requirements.
8. Lead in providing safety briefings, monitoring and registry;
9. Generator Load analysis and fuel consumption record keeping and recommendation.
10. Estimate and prepare assign the resources such as
11. manpower, materials, consumables, equipment ,tools required for all electrical related works
12. Prior to execution.
 Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on
regular basis or as required. Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved
construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards.
 Ensure all safety policies and guidelines are implemented and adhered to by all concerned
employees, contractors and suppliers; Manage directly and provide engineering and technical
supports to all electrical work groups at site.
 Ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning efficiently and effectively from kitchen,
accommodations, recreational centers, laundry, generators among others;
 Commonly used and applies engineering calculations, practices and precedents in completing
portions of larger projects related to the design, construction, renovation or repair of:
electromechanical and electrical installations, electrical power distribution systems and switchgears,
medium, low and HV, HVAC, audio and visual systems/equipment, BMS, electronic security
equipment and fire alarms and public address, cctv systems and other related structures and
activities related electromechanical systems in buildings. Plans and designs specifications for
projects. Conducts site investigations to obtain data related to the equipments, and
recommendations for repair and renovations.

 Installation and Termination of HV 33 KV;11 KV; Medium and Low voltage; area covered- substations,
transformers, Motors 3.3 KV, switchgears, generator control panel and lighting system explosion and
rain proof in vessels, pipe rack, substations and offices areas. Installation and testing commissioning of
pressure transmitters and differential transmitters, boilers and generator turbines. Laying and
installation of sampling system for turbines and boilers.
