In 2012 I started working for Microsoft executing outsourcing work through Arvato
Bertelsmann. I started as a Transaction Specialist. After 4 months my quality had risen to
above 95% continuously, so I was promoted to a Quality Auditor Position. In this role you
must possess & enforce an expert level of understanding current revenue recognition
guidelines that are compliant with Sox procedure. During my time in this position I
maintained an above average level of processed documents per day. Typically I would
process approximately 15 contracts per day. The average per person was 8-12 contracts per
day.
In 2014 I was promoted within the company for the second time to the position of Senior
Transaction Specialist on my team. My role(s) encompassed the following:
 Supervising the team
 Gatekeeping
 Project Management
 Liaising with Operation Program Managers and other departments
 Liaising with our MSC operations centre in Manila providing assistance where
needed.
 Conducting interviews for new applicants
 Dealing with compliance
 Organizing Team Schedules
