A good baseball warm up consists of three parts: running to activate leg muscles and do arm movements; stretching muscles to avoid injuries, focusing on arms and legs; and playing an easy game to get the body accustomed to playing before the actual game at a high physical level. The warm up prepares muscles and avoids injuries for the exertion of a baseball game.
