Introduction

The year of the Leader - Means having
 the attitude of ‘get-up-and-go’ which
 instigated our leaders to define and re-
 define their leadership.

 However the leaders are being known to
 bring about an irrefutable sense of
 aspiration to the organisation, which are
 not only faced with the set of challenges,
 but also nipped in the bud.
Qualities of Corporate Leader

 Accepting Challenges.
 Transformation of themselves as well as
  others from Average to great one.
 Drive integrity.
 High Level of openness.
 Sincerity to ensure productivity and high
  performance.
Future leaders will need
  to be agile, culturally-
      sensitive, and
collaborative to manage
 the global / local divide.
