overseas customers and the domestic market in 1995.

sourcing yarns and fabrics for several international and local
reputed groups for over a decade.
 They have also been working as a commercial manufacturer of
towels and fabrics (woven / knitted) for several overseas
customers. Our success as a product sourcing company partly

PLANNING IN ORGANIZATION:
While researching about the planning in the organization, we asked
different questions from the staff of Elegant Corp. and also fill up some
questionnaires from them and we come to know that normally planning
strategy makes by the Top Management in this company.
Although all the managers who are affecting the strategy also
participate in it while making the strategy. The set the goal which are
realistic and they give a lot of confidence to their employees for
fulfilling these kinds of goals.

 The communication method used in this company is
higher to higher management. They do not bother so much
to make their communication level so much with the lower
management as well. This factor is also harmful for them
because the organization cannot give you that kind of output
until they make democratic style in their organization
culture.
 If we talk about the HR department, so we believe
that the department of HR is the most perfect department in
this company because they are also very highly qualified
and skilled persons.

CONTROLLING IN ORGANIZATION:
While we were asking about the controlling level in the company then
we ask different questions in which we come to know that they
monitored following in their company.
 The most priority they give in their controlling is to minimize the fraud in
the company.
 They are very Conscious while choosing the employees, because honesty
is the first essential part for selecting the employee.
 HR department controls it very well. They also control the short term and
long term decisions of the company and they make it possible through
controlling that the forecasting which the company has the desire to achieve to
make it realistic and make those factors which are helpful in achieving these
