A projector accomplishes this task by shining a light beam through an opening controlled by a device
called an iris diaphragm. An iris diaphragm is made of thin, opaque plates, and turning a ring changes
the diameter of the central opening. For optical camouflage to work properly, this opening must be the
size of a pinhole. Why? This ensures a larger depth of field so that the screen (in this case the cloak) can
be located any distance from the projector.
The Combiner:
The system requires a special mirror to both reflect the projected image toward the cloak and to let light
rays bouncing off the cloak return to the user s eye. This special mirror is called a beam splitter, or a
combiner a half silvered mirror that both reflects light (the silvered half) and transmits light (the

transparent half). If properly positioned in front of the user s eye, the combiner allows the user to
perceive both the image enhanced by the computer and light from the surrounding world. This is critical

fiscal year 2020. The United States federal government funds Basic Center Grant programs (BCG),
supports safe community shelters known as basic centers. They provide emergency care for runaway
children and homeless youth. The shelter assists with family reunification services offers a bed to sleep
in, food, clothing, medical services, counseling services, and recreational programs. They assist in
referral services for aftercare when an individual s 21 days of stay expire (114th Congress, 2016).

Currently, the modification of the bill proposes to extend the maximum stay in BCG shelter from 21
days to 30 days. The amendment will also provide suicide prevention services, dual counseling services
for mental health and substance abuse counseling for victims of human trafficking and sexual
exploitation. It offers services for parents or legal guardians for family reunification with their children

At the start of the novel, Roxana gives Amy the task of abandoning her children. Amy performs this
task without asking any questions, as a loyal servant of friend should. The children are only brought
back into the novel when Roxana realizes that one of her daughters is living in her home as a cook
maid. Amy is again given the task of dealing with her mistress s children. She dresses up and visits
them, giving them money on their mother s part, while careful not to reveal the secret about Roxana.

Hamlet And The Movie Hamlet
The movie Hamlet has an identical script to the play, with the little stage direction present in the play
the director of the film had to interpret what he read and create the best scene possible from his
interpretations. The effects used in the film that stemmed from the director s interpretations of the play
are zoom ins, jump cuts, flashbacks and music. The four main effects used in the film gave a stronger
idea of what is to come in the play based on the big amount of guilt shown by Claudius. During the
film, the director uses zoom ins and jump cuts to illustrate the fear Claudius feels when he is exposed by
Hamlet. When actors come to the Danish castle to perform for the royalty, Hamlet requests that sixteen
lines be added to the play. These added words would tell the exact way Claudius poisoned the King and
for what reason. When the actors perform the play and recites the sixteen lines, Hamlet joins the actor
on stage and begins to yell while looking directly into Claudius s eyes. As Hamlet is yelling towards
Claudius in rage he exclaims, You shall see anon how the murderer gets the love of Gonzago s wife.
While yelling towards Claudius, the camera switched between the two six times during the span of 3
seconds. This is to allow the film audience to recognize the negative and damning effects Hamlet s

Room, then I will explain CTM and how it relates to the Chinese Room. Following this I will describe
how the Chinese Room attacks the CTM. Next I will explain the Systems Reply to the Chinese Room
and how the Systems Reply actually undermines Searle s conclusion in the Chinese Room. Then I will

The Seventh Day was a novel written by my favorite author Yu Hua. It attracted me because of its up
and downs of the plot. At the age of 41, Yang Fei, the main character, encountered an accidental and
unceremonious death. The whole story is talking about all the things that happened after the death of
Yang Fei. Each chapter represents each day after he died, and every chapter contains a full story that
was recalled by Yang Fei. No one knows what a dead body would experience, so the novel writing
perspective impressed me a lot, and the setting of the plot stimulated my desire to continue reading. As

puts in a flashback to describe how he gradually recollected all his memories before he died. For
