I am arguing that the Logical Problem of Evil (LPE) is not a successful argument to reject the existence
of God. This is due to the LPE arguing with an inaccurate definition for the word good . With the
correct definition of good, I will show that an all good and all powerful God can logically exist
simultaneously with evil. A response for my objection could be the Furthermore, if we allow the
inadequate use of the word evil , the LPE still does not constitute the immediate rejection of the
existence of God due to the concept of free will. A response to this objection is that individual humans
are not free and are therefore not morally responsible for their actions. However, I will show that this

brought back something from the dead. The creature may be living, breathing, and sentient but he is an
abomination of nature. Shelley used her grief of losing her baby, to create the monster in a way that
makes him seem as if he is an infant and he has been rejected as an infant by society and made out to be
an evil monster (Britton, Abstract). The creature himself was just born a man, he did not experience
infanthood, he was just created. He was created and immediately hated, and he could not understand
why because he had the mind of an infant. He was innocent until he was treated horribly. This is an
example of human nature. Human nature is hating something that is so different than you, just for being
different. And human nature is shown in all its ugliness in this story, for wherever the monster goes,
there are people to chase him away for being scary. This almost parallels the Rime of the Ancient
Mariner in a sense. In the Ancient Mariner, the Mariner harms nature and nature harms him right back.
The theme is that you must respect nature otherwise you will be killed by the one thing you defiled.
And this is true of Victor and his monster. He defiled nature, and the life of what he created, and nature
came back to kill his family and in the end, it killed Victor

The Decline In Teen Pregnancy Rates Over the last few decades the rates in teen pregnancy have been a
debate; did they rise over the past few years or did they actually decline? Contrary to some doctors and
politicians the numbers associated with teen pregnancy have decline over the last couple of years.
Although there are still people out there who believe this to be an issue it s made more of an issue than
it actually is. The ads and commercials are set out to scare teen agers into believing that were at an all
time high for this issue, but realistically its actually the exact opposite. Teen pregnancy rates haven t
dropped on there over the course of the years. There are a few major factors that have contributed a
great deal to this change. Those changes include but are not limited to: more resources being available
to these teenagers to prevent themselves from becoming pregnant, society is more open to talking about
this issue as well as the religion and culture change aspect of families today. Despite the beliefs of
others, teen pregnancy rates are at an all time low for the first time in decades. In fact there are a few
things that impacted the decline in teen pregnancy, one of which was the society has opened up to this
topic of conversation. It s not something that s kept behind closed door like it use to be. Talking about
