6. INFORMATION ABOUT OUR VEHICLES
& DRIVERS
• Type: - Model- sumo, tavera, Indigo, Marina, Bus (50 Seater), Mini-Bus (14
- 32 seater) & other similar vehicles.
• Vehicles will be road worthy and in excellent condition
• Vehicles will be equipped with means of communication e.g. Mobile.
• Vehicles will have all legal registration formalities completed and all
vehicles to be registered as a “Tourist” vehicle with the local R.T.O.
authorities
• Documents required by all relevant statutory authorities, including
comprehensive insurance cover will be produced on demand
• Vehicles will always be kept in a clean & well-maintained condition with
special regards to general look, upholstery and flooring.
Drivers
• All our drivers are smart and well behaved with a sound background.
• Our drivers are well familiar with all the areas in Pune city and suburbs.
• All drivers carry a valid driving license.

7. Information about our management
system
The training method to manage the service desk operators.
• Separate Training Center for both staff and drivers with latest infrastructure such as
projectors, computers etc.,
• Staff Training :
• New staff Training period is 30 to 60 days after their induction.
• They are trained in route map analysis, vehicle tracking, pick-up / drop co-
ordination, safety measures, vehicle / driver co-ordination, vehicle paper updating,
vehicle inspection for road worthiness, Data entry, Roistering, preparing MIS
reports.
• Driver Recruitment & Training
• Drivers with minimum 3 years experience and a Transport License only is recruited
after conducting proper driving Test.
• Driver Induction period is 6 working days. He is tested whether he is fit physically
and mentally for driving .
• Periodical Trainings ( every 6 months) : Familiarization with the routes, Safety while
driving, road signs, measures to be taken to avoid accidents, Action to be taken in
case of accident / break-downs, cleanliness, behavior towards the superiors and
employees
• Get together and outings : For both staff and drivers outings are conducted
• Driver’s verifications and records maintained with photos and fingerprints.
Service desk backup and contingency capabilities.
• For every 10 vehicles another 2 vehicles are kept as standby round the clock
• Back up vehicles are called in from the nearest node to minimize the loss in man-
hour.
• Tailor made with help of the clients to match their requirements.

8. Maintenance Management System
(MMS)
Our MMS capability for tracking all vehicle movement and break down response
time.
As mentioned we have standby vehicles for every 10 vehicles. At any event of breakdown
or buses to be deputed for servicing our backup buses takes over the buses which is
absent or gone for servicing.
All our drivers are rotated on all the routes to ensure common running of all the buses and
the drivers to familiar with all the routes.
This also ensures that the drivers do not get to familiar with the staff and give in to their
demands.
How the MMS would be used to manage sub-contractedservices.
The sub- contracted buses has to intimate well in advance about the servicing
appointment with the Garage. All the buses are serviced by us under our banner at
authorized service station. Also the fuel top up of the buses is undertaken by us. Hence
there is never any problem about the vehicles standing due to fuel problem.
Our networking is deep with the fuel suppliers where we get tips and intimations regarding
shirt supply and closures so that we do have stock in hand.
We have our own in House mechanic which caters to small and urgent problems with the
buses.
