Current Job Profile and Responsibilities.
 Implemented Transport Automation software and GPS tracking at Target India
(PRO TMS) to ensure that vehicles which run for Target India are trackable at any
given point of time.
 Revised and implemented Transport Policy as per current Industry standards.
 Grievance handling of employees and also support taking disciplinary action where
required.
 Organizing Transport service, monitoring the activity cycle and improve the services.
 Ensure efficient systems, procedures and policies are in practice.
 Improve the efficiency of operations and maintaining consistency.
 Processing Invoices related to Transportation.
 Ensure proper delegation of responsibilities to the team and monitoring the same.
 Interacting with the staff at all levels for any kind of communication/feedback
regarding Transportation.
 Ensure proper documentation is in place for all the transportation activities.
 Putting efforts in order to continuously improve upon the efficiency in terms of
cost reduction, and timely arrivals/departures.
 To have an updated database of the staff so as to have an accurate cost allocation
and billing thereof.
 Vendor Management in terms of efficiency and accountability.
 Giving recommendations to various functions and departments as regards to
making changes forimprovements.
 Maintaining Discipline among all levels especially drivers and supervisors.
 Ensure the safety of all the employees while using the transport services.

 Coordinating and organizing transportation for HQ visitors.
 Collaborating with HR team for Interview candidates’ airport transfers and
relocation candidates.
 Handling Target India mail room for Manyata location.

• Worked successfully towards automating the Transport system/operations at Target
India
• Collaborating with vendors to ensure that all the cabs are fitted with GPS and Panic
alarms so that employees travelling in the cab can reach out to Transport team in
case of any exigencies.
• Monthly audit of all the GPS equipments.
• Regular monitoring of all cabs to ensure that all the cabs are GPS tracked at any
given point of time.
• Initiated many enhancements in the automation like Drop cab SMS, Change of drop
location, increasing the drop booking time to facilitate employees to plan their
departure better.
• Automation of Transportation registration process and daily drop booking process
with the help of PRO TMS tool.
• Delegation of access to Transport team as well as vendors for better Management.
• Monitoring speed, location and current geographical location of cabs which are
deployed with Lady Employees as last drop after pulling up the Lady last drop
report from PRO TMS tool.
• Customized and automated all the Transport operational reports so that the same
can be shared with Management to help them take decisions if needed.
Apart from theAbove Roles was handling IBM Global Business Support Process's Safe
Car for Women Employees Project.
Under this project was responsible for handling the vendors as well as drivers, cabs
used in the project to drop Women Employees safely back to their homes in Night
shifts. Answering to Women employees’ queries regarding the SafeCar for Women
Employees Project.
Ensuring that each and every Women Employee is dropped safely to their Residences.
Was preparing Reports of the same activity.
