• Consulting services encompass the following types of
retail real estate:
• Standardized and specialized retail centers and shopping malls;

• Designing the concept of the project, including zoning, internal and
external areas allocation, floor planning.

efficiency parameters on the basis of both designed facilities planning
concepts and marketing analysis results.

• Best Use Analysis and Most Efficient Use Analysis are offered in cases when the
retail purpose of the property is not clearly defined and justified. In these
instances, the aforementioned analyses are carried out in order to either justify,
financially and economically, the development of a retail property or to offer
alternative types of real estate for development.
• Overseeing and coordinating concept creation and development. This essentially
is centered around ensuring that architects create the concept of the project
such as to include all the recommendations provided by Malls&Shops.
• Drafting Business Plan for the project that includes the description of the initial -
starting real estate (i.e. land plots or buildings) and marketing and financial
analyses of the future development. This is usually needed in order to obtain
credit and leverage financing.
• Creating strategy for projects in regional markets – markets outside of Moscow.
This is offered to customers who have real estate holdings in regional markets.
Typically, the main aim of this work is to determine, financially and economically,
the sequence of regional market – from first to last, in which projects will be
developed.

needs but also all future opportunities. In doing so, we provide our clients
with timely information regarding all changes that occur on the retail real
estate market.

This essentially is centered around ensuring that architects create the concept of the project such as to include all the recommendations provided by Malls&Shops. • Drafting Business Plan for the project that includes the description of the initial - starting real estate (i.e. land plots or buildings) and marketing and financial analyses of the future development. This is usually needed in order to obtain credit and leverage financing. • Creating strategy for projects in regional markets – markets outside of Moscow. This is offered to customers who have real estate holdings in regional markets.
