DESCRIPTION
1. Preparing Inspection Documents such as ITP, Checklist, NFI, Drawing as per inspection schedule
weekly basis
2. Prepare weekly report engineering
3. Preparing photo progress for report to client
4. Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers for the document need to be prepared
5. Record the Quality Documents which presented by QA/QC Engineers
6. Collect the documents which must be attached in Handover Document packages
7. Classify the documents following the titled folders in Soft and hard copy
8. Register drawing for Handover Package requirement
9. Maintaining the Project’s System database up to date
10. Updating the drawing register
11. Receiving design drawing from designer or client
12. Distribute the controlled stamped drawing to Engineering QA/QC team
13. Classify the drawing for update drawing and superseded
14. Document numbering system
15. Registering all the quality documents such as NCR, CPAR, OFI, Drawing etc.
16. Updating the hand over document packages status
17. Assist to collect the documents for handed over to the client
