This document provides strategies for finding new students, enrolling students, and keeping students enrolled in Lutheran early childhood programs. It emphasizes the importance of having an updated website that provides information for both current and prospective families. When prospective families visit the school, it is important to make a good impression by being prepared, showing them around, and learning about what they are looking for in a school. After students enroll, schools should work to integrate them into the school community. Marketing should target the local community through low-cost methods like social media, articles, and clothing with the school name.

As an undergraduate, living with 15 people in a fraternity house taught him responsibility and trust, as he managed the household finances. He has discovered the value of teaching others, through programs he led in rural communities and as a physics lab teacher. Teaching strengthened his problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills. Even when not playing, he finds ways to help his team, like substituting himself out of a soccer game when injured to allow more playing time for his team to score a last-minute winning goal.

Because multiple clients may inquire about the same product at the same time, after purchasing those products, customers must be assigned to them. Odoo has a tool called Reception Report that can be used to complete this assignment. By enabling this, a reception report comes automatically after confirming a receipt, from which we can assign products to orders.

2. How can we design โmomentsโ that
enhance each studentโs experience?

3. High School Students overwhelmingly use one
word to describe their school experienceโฆ
Boring
4. How would your students describe your
class?
Boring?
Exciting?
How excited are they to come back?
Attendance Problems? Retention a concern?
5. Can we design moments that enhance
their experience?
The Heath brothers believe
so and tell us how. They
believe it is possible to
design moments that matter.
6. We are in competition
Our students face demands on their time that younger students
donโt have.
โฆ Family obligations
โฆ Job Responsibilities
โฆ Problems due to lack of resources:
โฆ Evictions
โฆ Convictions

7. They are often addressing so

8. And if you get them in your program itโs
so hard to keep them. If they have free
time they are more likely to escape to
video games, hanging out with friends,
etc. They are comfortable with what they
know and afraid of change.
9. I donโt pretend to
have the answer
BUT I DO KNOW THE QUESTION IS HOW
DO WE MAKE IT SOMETHING THEY SEE
VALUE IN AND WANT TO DO?
10. When I read this book last year, I realized
there is a way but it takes creativity and
work. The good news is that it doesnโt
have to be fun, fun fun!
But there need to be moments that make
it special and we can design them into
our activities.
