1. My Major
Kids have always fascinated me. I love kids and I
love to play with them. I know kids are sometimes
very playful or don’t like to follow directions. Being
with kids and interacting with them make me feel
like I’m learning more and more every time. Most of
the time I take care of kids at my church and not
only kids but also babies. They make me feel happy.
That’s why I feel I would really like to be a teacher.
I realized I wanted to major as a teacher ever since I
had Mrs. Mena as my kinder garden teacher. She was
the best teacher ever and was always there helping
me all times. She was the one that actually taught me
how to speak English and do well in school. Having
her really inspired me because when I started
growing up I would always remember her and how
she helped me now I feel like doing the same thing.

2. I want to help kids with whatever they need help with. I
want to be that teacher that will make them be
someone important in life. Teaching them good from
bad and how they can make good choices for their
futures. Talking to them how education is important
and how they need to take things. There are different
ways of teaching kids and one of them is bye having fun
at the same time. Some kids learn faster than others so
teachers have to be more patient.
My major might take years of preparation but it’s
really worth it. I would not change my mind of nothing
to work in something else. Helping others is what I
really want to do especially kids. Kids a need a really
good teacher and I feel I will be one of them. Kids are
very special to me and I love to spend time with them.
Teachers become very important in a kids life because
you change their life forever.
