Gina Pace is passionate about teaching young children because it is such an important time of learning. She enjoys how eager and energetic young students are each day in the classroom. Gina finds teaching young children fulfilling and cannot see herself in any other profession, as it allows her to be creative with lessons and teach all subjects while building relationships with her students.

2. • Teaching young children is important to me
because it is such a fundamental time of
learning in their lives.
• Young children are eager and willing to try new
things-- They are excited to be in school each
day and bring so much energy to the classroom.

3. • I cannot see myself being anything else but a
teacher of young children. Something I love about
this profession is that you can use so much
creativity in lessons and are able to work with all
subjects.

4. I believe that children can
teach us just as much as
we can teach them.
I believe that young children can
be our friends and that it is
important to build a relationship
with all students.

5. I believe that it's okay to mess up, our mistakes
are what learn from and how we grow as
teachers.
I believe in looking at difficult situations as learning
experiences.

6. I believe in being prepared but
flexible to change.

7. I believe that all children need an adult
that they can trust.
