I love working with children because they are innocent and sweet. Everyday watching them grow is a precious thing . Children never lies and I love being around them because I get to be who i am . I don’t need to pretend someone else. Teaching children can be tough and I am learning and improve everyday . In my opinion ,teaching is a way where I give away all the knowledge and skills that you learned to another human being to help them become successful in life . Beside teaching children , I also would like to teach adults because I want to see the comparison between two groups . I never have any experience in the early childhood education field but I had been assigned to teach in a class as an after school teacher for a non-profit group. It was a paid position and it was difficult because I was alone .During the experience , I learned that all children learn and behavior different in their own ways .It takes a lot to be able to deal with a large group of kids from all the background and ethnicity .There is a big different for being a tutor and a teacher . Both roles plays similar duties but different environment . A tutor is someone who is working one on one with a student unlike a teacher is someone who is working with a large group of student . Looking back , I definitely want to do more of that so I can gain more experience . Now , I feel like I need more time to feel more comfortable to be a class setting environment . During both of my tutoring and teaching sessions , I found that I am a patience person where I can deal with all type of situations because at the end I know that my mission is to give as much as knowledge , detail and ideas to my students . .
