files, and relays information to Officer/ Investigator for action, creates files on Data base
(PROS), assigns to member and initiates initial task
* Create and Review files to insure all information is captured correctly, such as Subject of
Complaint, Complainant, and Subject Chargeable, contact information, charges (whether
criminal code or traffic safety act, etc.) also ensure that all information is linked
appropriately, all RCMP members are tasked accordingly, etc. etc.
* Sign in Probationer’s weekly, as well as take phone calls from Probationer’s weekly as
they are required to report to detachment directly, advise Probation Officer and Lead
Member when they are not meeting legal requirements and conditions of probation
