The IDD / HLDD / ID Map provides an overview of the instructional design process and
outlines the learning objectives, instructional strategies, assessment methods, and
evaluation criteria for a specific course or learning program.
You’ll see the design documents that I have created from scratch.
1. For Hybrid and Self-Paced Mode: The course is for children from the semi urban cities
of India learning about vermicomposting. It includes option for being delivered as Self-
Paced and as Hybrid with a Facilitator.
2. For Self-Paced Mode: The course is designed for corporate employees as part of their
compliance training.
3. For Microlearning: The course is designed as a microlearning for sales team.

A Learning Framework is a structured approach that provides a framework for organizing
and integrating different aspects of the learning process, including the objectives,
content, assessment, and evaluation.
You’ll see the proposed solutions that I have created from scratch.
1. Proposed Training Solution: The proposed framework is for enabling culture change
across organization.
2. Learning Journey: This learning journey is based on the Five Dysfunctions of a Team
by Patrick Lencioni.
3. Sales Team Learning Journey: This learning journey is specifically for the sales
department based on the human performance system proposed by Antonio (Tony)
Parrottino.

A storyboard is a visual representation that acts as a blueprint to represent the structure
and flow of a lesson or a course, and it includes information such as text, graphics, audio,
video, and interactive elements.
You’ll see the storyboards that I created from scratch (no template provided).
1. mLearning Based: A sample storyboard created for mlearning. The logo has been
masked.
2. Simulation/ Scenario Based: This storyboard describes a show me interactivity ending
in an quiz. The final output was developed using Storyline and screens were captured
using Camtasia.
3. Branching Scenario: This storyboard was created to be used during an vILT session for
a scenario based activity. The development involved ideating and creating the
branching scenario along with the presentation design.

New Hire Orientation Plan
A new hire orientation plan is a structured process that
is designed to onboard new employees into an
organization, and to ensure that they receive the
information, training, and support they need to become
productive members of the team.
• Training plan created for onboarding of campus
instructors and managers for an institute.
• Analysis phase involved discussion with the
management and creating the learner personas.
• Based on the results of the analysis, the strategy,
design, and development was outlined in the plan.
• For evaluation, training objectives was integrated with
the KPIs. It also served for an easy evaluation of the
progress and success of new hires.

You’ll see the storyboards that I created from scratch (no template provided). 1. mLearning Based: A sample storyboard created for mlearning. The logo has been masked. 2. Simulation/ Scenario Based: This storyboard describes a show me interactivity ending in an quiz. The final output was developed using Storyline and screens were captured using Camtasia. 3. Branching Scenario: This storyboard was created to be used during an vILT session for a scenario based activity. The development involved ideating and creating the branching scenario along with the presentation design.

Not for circulation @2023 New Hire Orientation Plan A new hire orientation plan is a structured process that is designed to onboard new employees into an organization, and to ensure that they receive the information, training, and support they need to become productive members of the team. • Training plan created for onboarding of campus instructors and managers for an institute. • Analysis phase involved discussion with the management and creating the learner personas. • Based on the results of the analysis, the strategy, design, and development was outlined in the plan. • For evaluation, training objectives was integrated with the KPIs. It also served for an easy evaluation of the progress and success of new hires.
