3. Organisation Our clan consists of several units for several games. As such we need a clear organizational structure. At the top we have the clan leader represented by a rank. 4. Ranks Our ranks represent a chain of command for our social structure. We choose to assign officers to our units to enhance communication and improve team based efforts. We also have ranks for non-commanding officers. These are supposed to indicate a level of skill, loyalty and dedication to the clan. Ranks will be awarded according to those three virtues.
