The document is a diary of a student's progress editing their documentary over several months. They recorded narration but had to rerecord due to background noise. They edited footage together and responded to feedback. To extend the length, the student continued writing their script and submitted a second draft. Technical issues like a full hard drive and accidentally deleted image caused delays. More audio was added to extend the runtime. The final draft couldn't be submitted on time due to technical difficulties accessing the needed editing software. They will continue working on their blog until the software is updated.

The production diary details the filmmaker's progress on their documentary over several weeks. They received permission to film at a location called the Winter Gardens and organized filming times. The filmmaker shot intro footage on a football field but had issues editing in Premiere Pro. Weather prevented re-shooting audio, so old footage will be used for now. Personal matters delayed further filming but more footage was later recorded and editing began. Audio for the first segment was re-recorded and a form was submitted to hopefully film at the Winter Gardens again in mid-February. Previous forms were resent as PDFs and a safety form was forwarded to the college.
The client is Sunderland College, which targets students aged 16-19 and adults. The document discusses designing a poster for the college that imitates the style of its website. It describes rejecting several early poster designs for issues like distracting text colors, unbalanced layouts, and plain areas. Photo experiments testing different campus shots are shown, and one image was rejected for covering part of a building. The final poster design includes information on courses, registration, contact details, and campus photos to match the uniform, professional look of the college website.

environment for investigating the changes in vegetation cover dynamics. Our study utilizes
advanced technologies such as GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and Remote sensing to
analyze the transformations that have taken place over the course of a decade.
The complex relationship between human activities and the environment has been the focus
of extensive research and worry. As the global community grapples with swift urbanization,
population expansion, and economic progress, the effects on natural ecosystems are becoming
more evident. A crucial element of this impact is the alteration of vegetation cover, which plays a
significant role in maintaining the ecological equilibrium of our planet.Land serves as the foundation for all human activities and provides the necessary materials for
these activities. As the most crucial natural resource, its utilization by humans results in different
'Land uses,' which are determined by both human activities and the physical characteristics of the
land.
The utilization of land is impacted by human needs and environmental factors. In countries
like India, rapid population growth and the emphasis on extensive resource exploitation can lead
to significant land degradation, adversely affecting the region's land cover.
Therefore, human intervention has significantly influenced land use patterns over many
centuries, evolving its structure over time and space. In the present era, these changes have
accelerated due to factors such as agriculture and urbanization. Information regarding land use and
cover is essential for various planning and management tasks related to the Earth's surface,
providing crucial environmental data for scientific, resource management, policy purposes, and
diverse human activities.
Accurate understanding of land use and cover is imperative for the development planning
of any area. Consequently, a wide range of professionals, including earth system scientists, land
and water managers, and urban planners, are interested in obtaining data on land use and cover
changes, conversion trends, and other related patterns. The spatial dimensions of land use and
cover support policymakers and scientists in making well-informed decisions, as alterations in
these patterns indicate shifts in economic and social conditions. Monitoring such changes with the
help of Advanced technologies like Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems is
crucial for coordinated efforts across different administrative levels. Advanced technologies like

Changes in vegetation cover refer to variations in the distribution, composition, and overall
structure of plant communities across different temporal and spatial scales. These changes can
occur natural.

Leveraging Generative AI to Drive Nonprofit InnovationTechSoup
In this webinar, participants learned how to utilize Generative AI to streamline operations and elevate member engagement. Amazon Web Service experts provided a customer specific use cases and dived into low/no-code tools that are quick and easy to deploy through Amazon Web Service (AWS.)
2. The personnel list is used to document
everyone working on the project, their
role in the production, and their
contact information.
The resource list is used to document
the equipment needed for the
production such as cameras, the list
also includes where to get the
equipment and how to obtain it.
The location release form is a way to
get permission for a filming location
from the owner or property manager.
3. The contributor release form is used to get
permission from the producers or
contributors, to film a production.
The risk assessment form is used to
identify possible hazards while filming as
well as who it might affect.
4. The location scouting sheet is used to
scout for suitable filming locations that
would be convenient for the cast to film
at, the sheet also contains contact
information and the name of the
location. I am going to film in the Winter
Gardens because of the unique plants
and dinosaur statues that match the
subject of the documentary, if I am
unable to film there, I have also scouted
Barnes park as a substitute as it has wide
open spaces which would be beneficial
for filming. I want to film in these
location as it will allow me to capture an
establishing shot of my surroundings
5. Script
I believe that this is the best
format for my documentary as
my subjects are presented
factually and in a way that my
audience will understand. I
have outlined where I am
going to use images and
transitions so that I know
what to film when it comes to
production.
6. Shot list
Medium close up- I
will use this shot
when talking about
the subject
close up- I will use
this shot in the
winter gardens
Establishing shot- I
will use this shot at
the beach and at
the winter gardens
Wide shot- a shot of
me on the beach
Medium long shot- the
opening of the
documentary
including the
introduction
7. Story board
Pedestal down and title for 10
seconds
Medium long shot for 30
seconds
Establishing shot for 10 seconds
Medium Close up for 3 minutes
Establishing shot for 10
seconds
Establishing shot for
10 seconds
Medium Close up for 3 minutes Pedestal up and credits for 30
seconds
Beasts from the East
Medium close up for 3/4
minutes
9. Potential problems
Possible problems that could occur during filming includes,
raining or unsuitable weather, to counter act this I could film
indoors, camera batteries running out , I could bring extra
batteries, unavailable filming locations, I could film
somewhere else such as Barnes park.
