CLIENT RESEARCH
Who is the client: Sunderland Collage
The target demographic of the collage is, students between the years of 16-19 and adults. I want to imitate the style
of the Collage’s website. I also want to provide important information to possible readers.
The uniform look of the website and the poster shows professionalism as well as being
informative to what the collage is like.

PROCESS
This poster design was rejected due to the text being across two
different colours which makes the writing harder to read as the
colours are distracting.
This design was rejected due to all of the text being at the top,
leaving the bottom of the poster baron and uninteresting.
Finally, this design leaves the top of the poster plain and without
much variation.
EXPERIMENTS
Photo experimentation
These poster designs use different photos of
the campus instead of the photo of the Bede
building. The first image was rejected due to
the lack of unique angles or anything that
would establish the image, also the tree to the
left covers some of the building. The second
image is from google images and was
rejected because I wanted to use original
shots from my photo shoot.
Final poster
This is my final poster for Sunderland Collage. The poster shows
information that new students would want when applying for
collage such as different courses, where to sign up, contact
information and what the campus looks like. The poster is similar
to the website of the collage, this is so both the poster and the
website have a uniform look and aesthetics which conveys
professionalism.
