The company provides software, FPGA, and testing services primarily to Agilent Technologies and other clients in telecommunications. Its vision is to increase its customer base and team size over time. Logic Fruit operates using a consultant model where engineers work onsite or remotely on a time and materials basis, as well as taking on fixed price projects. • The Onsite Engineer(s) continues to execute the
tasks as an Individual contributor and reports to
the company manager
• The Engineer then offloads his/her work to Logic
Fruit Engineer (Lead)
• The Lead then makes sure that the offload work is
done and delivered
• Once this confidence level is built, then any of the
following can be done
– The Manager then assigns the weekly/monthly work
directly to the Lead
– An Fixed price project is assigned to the Lead/Onsite
Engineer
