10. Talent Enablement Program
Step 1
Theory & Practical
1 month
•Overview of BizTransSysTech and Project, clients
•Theory sessions on the topic of interest – Analytics, EngServ and Enterprise
•Practical sessions to have hands-on on each of the topics by each theory sessions
•Well structured practical sessions with sample scenarios
•Reverse KT sessions by Attendees
•Fill the Gaps in understanding
•Evaluation by 4 th week
•Closure of Step 1
•Resources have option to choose to Step 2 based on their interest and results of evaluation
Step2
Extended Practical
2 months
•Based on results of Step 1, one can move into Step 2
•Further Practical sessions with Mock-up projects/real-time assignments
•Assistance in each of the assignments to complete
•Evaluation of assignments and understand the GAPs
•Fill the GAPs
•Final Evaluation to move to Step 3
•Based on results and ones interest resources have option to move to Step3
Step 3
Internship
6 months
•Resources are kept in either real-time or mock-up projects based on the availability of projects in BizTransSysTech and needs in
the projects
•When they are doing the contribution in client projects they are eligible for stipend
•When they are in Mock-up projects they are NOT eligible for Stipend
•But when they contribute on further Talent Enablement programs, based on the contribution they are eligible for Stipend
•During this period, they can be placed in our Projects or to our Client Partner projects based on the availability and needs in the
projects. At that time they become full time employees of BizTransSysTech under probation period of 1 year
NOTE: In all of these steps, there is no constraint for Trainees, they can step out anytime during this 9 months
process. Also BizTransSysTech reserve rights to end the further progress to Next Steps based on the evaluation
criteria on end of each Steps
11. Talent Enablement – Screening Process
Step 1 : Talent Acquisition initial Round
1. Receiving Profiles from candidates
2. Talent Acquisition team connect with Candidate for initial discussion to understand at high level his
profile
3. Explain briefly about the company and its Career and Talent outsourcing divisions,
Step 2: Technical Rounds ( 2 rounds)
•Technical Round - 1
•Candidate will be evaluated on his TECHNICAL skills on what he is claiming in the profile
• Once he clears this round he will be kept on Round 2
•Technical Round - 2
•Candidate will be evaluated on his TECHNICAL and MANAGEMENT/SOFT SKILLS
• Once he clears, then final round to HR team
Step 3: Final HR Round
•This is a HR round to verify the candidates Education, Previous experiences, certifications, trainings,
previous employment details for Back ground Verification process, Attitude etc.
• HR explains the Talent Enablement Program in detail and send the 3 steps 9 months process flow in
BizTransSysTech.CareerEducation.
• HR also explains the Placement assistance via BizTransSysTech.Talent Outsourcing
Step 4 : Release of Offer by HR
HR sends the Career Education process to the candidates explaining the details
Candidate once agrees, then do the payment
HR releases the Offer letter ( Trainee ) of Career Education
Candidate accepts offer and get into On boarding
