Monitor & Modify change process as necessary to ensure
alignment with Organization’s Procedures, Culture, and Industries’
Best Practices during each of the following steps:
Distinguish differences between what is happening and what is
supposed (or want) to be happening (perceived problem) IAW
Organization’s Procedures, Culture, and Industries’ Best Practices.
Diagnose the noted differences between actual and expected and
level of severity of noncompliance.
Discuss noncompliance with team members/management for
agreement on severity level, consistency with similar problems.
Determine change solution to bring actual (problem) back in line
with expected IAW Organization’s Procedures, Culture, and
Industries’ Best Practices. (involve workforce in solution ideas)
Deliver results to management for approval, make changes, and
train workforce on changes including why change was necessary.
Document in Knowledge Management System!
Collaborate & Communicate with team members, management,
and employees as necessary along process to ensure smooth
transition, consistency, and continued knowledge management.
