1. Project Data Center Management System and
Description: Asset and incident Management application based on ITIL. Process request(s) sent are duly authorized
and captured in a central system for easy reference later.
Defined workflow Automation based on ITIL of all the data centre processes like Induction Management Process,
Change Management Process, Other Requests Process, and Special Activity.
Deployed the application on Production and tested business functions.
UAT Testing & reported defects; prepared a detailed plan for server migration of the production system with
minimum downtime.
2. Project ICICI BANK SMS Gateway
Description: Gateway application of ICICI BANK that is connected with outside vendor to send & receive of
transactional, promotional and service related SMS.

3. Defined and implemented the project from capacity planning to application production.
Planned and organised installation, configuration, testing, load testing, data synchronizing, performance tuning.
Co-ordinating with vendor for application and network integration.
Delivered the system with minimum downtime. Act as team lead to provide support and monitoring of this application.
3. Project Swift Alliance 7.0
Description This was initiated by Swift, which included application architecture changes along with infrastructure
& client level changes:
Arranging IT infrastructure from capacity planning, recommendation of server procurement, Server
induction to
Application production,
Established the UAT Environment as required & installed the application, which included SAG component embedded
between SNL & SAA.
Deployed the application on Production and tested business functions.
Involved in the UAT Testing & reported defects; prepared a detailed plan for server migration of the production system
with minimum downtime.
Certificate management for different BIC code &regular change of password by logging in the HSM.
Configured the entire application & HSM set-up for Swift at DR site without the vendor support, which resulted in

4. Project Oracle Secure Global Desktop
Implementation of desktop virtualization using Oracle Secure Global Desktop globally. The project was initiated
with multiple POCs on multiple platform to derive the feasibility, stability , sustainability, ease of rollout/operations and
ROI , The Pilot was run for various department and skill set to ascertain the above and accordingly phased wise rollout
was initiated , deployment completed for more than 2500 desktops.

5. Project Enterprise Application Interface (Microsoft BizTalk
2010)
Interface between different front end and back end application.
Responsibility: Arranging and deploying IT infrastructure. Installed, configured and deployed application in co-
ordination with Microsoft and developer. Co-ordinating with different front and backend team to deploy proc-code as
per business requirement. Implement fault tolerance of this application with the help of netscaler technology to
reduce downtime. Leading team to support and monitor of this application.
6. Project IBM Work light and Web Sphere 8.5 : ICICI Digital Pocket and I
mobile
The project focused to implement mobile application that allows the customers to easily access their accounts through
a smart-phone.
Responsibility: Worked as domain expert of IBM Work light and WebSphere .Assist in Application Architecture, User
Interface Design, and DEV Environment set-up. Arranging and deploying IT infrastructure. Installed, configured and
deployed application in coordination with IBM . Implemented high availability of worklight infrastructure . Leading
team to application deployment, implementation, support and monitor of Web Sphere and Work light .
