Lead Developer on the Identity and Access Management application IdentityIQ from SailPoint Inc. Led the efforts
to design,build and implement new functionality and successfully led the team that upgraded from IIQ 5.5p2 to IIQ
6.3p2. In addition, completed projects including the PeopleSoft Financials upgrade,converting from use of TDI
(Tivoli Directory Integrator) to the out-of-the-box IdentityIQ connectors (i.e., Active Directory, PeopleSoft
Financials, RACF, etc.).
Lead Developer on the Voltage Secure Data Appliance which provided secure encryption and decryption
capabilities to CUNA Mutual applications. This included providing assistance to teams implementing encryption,
key rotation support and working on changes to bring stability to the application.
Provided 24X7 production support for SailPoint IdentityIQ (provisioning and access certifications), Oracle SSO,
Ping Federate, Ping Access,Symmetric VIP, Cyber ARK Inc. Password Vault, Voltage Encryption System(Secure
Data Appliance, zProtect and Voltage Toolkit API).
Supported the Cyber-Ark AIM Web Service. This Web Service was the interface into the Cyber Ark Password
Vault appliance to retrieve credentials for Service Accounts.

Led the efforts to setup the Voltage Secure Data Appliances at a new off-site non-production and disasterrecovery
data center. This included new configuration of Active/Standby and creation of procedures to which allowed for
Disaster Recover testing in a secure network zone.
Utilized tools like Wireshark and dynaTrace to troubleshoot application issues (i.e., Performance, bugs)to find the
root cause and create permanent fixes.
Collaborated with the Enterprise Architects on developing long-term plans to ensure IT Security Applications meet
the needs of the business and to reduce the cost of ownership.
Assisted in managing the off-shore development and supports teams. Ensured Change Management procedures
were correctly followed and the needs of the customers were being met.

Worked on the team that successfulimplemented the new U.S. Cellular® Business and Operation Support Systems
(Amdocs CES 8.0). Participated as one of the Technical Subject MatterExperts (SME). Over a three year period,
worked with the project team of Business Partners, IT Architects, Vendors and Consultants to ensure the new
systemwas architected and built to deliver on the business case. This project gave me the opportunity to work in
many different roles from Business Analyst,Developer, Solutions Integrator and System Tester. This included
travel to Israel to work on the build of the new software and to gain knowledge of the new applications operational
processes.
Integrated Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) into U.S. Cellular® development methodology. This included
performing a Proof-of-Concept project in which the BEA/Oracle Enterprise Service Bus was integrated into our
environment. This allowed my team to demonstrate how the technology and Service Oriented Architecture could
produce results for the business. I continued using this technology to integrate third party Web Services as reusable
services on the Oracle Service Bus to create products such as Ring Back Tones and Loyalty Rewards for our
cellular phone customers. In order to share the knowledge learned, I helped prepare and led a series of internal
training classes that were used to teach the IS department on SOA theory and the Oracle Service Bus technologies.
Provided 7X24 support for the production Switch Control and Network Data Collection systems. This included
initiating projects to reduce the cost of ownership, coordinating OS, Hardware and Applications upgrades.

“Coffee Pot”. This application is an integrated linear program used for planning coffee bean purchases and their
integration with the finished product to reduce total cost of goods manufactured. My participation included the
creation of time estimates, project plans, transforming requirements into design specifications, coding, testing,
creating users documentation, and offering post-implementation support.

Assisted in the building of the Commodities Procurement Systems Data Warehouse. This application was built
utilizing Business Objects and Oracle. I participated in designing data model changes for holding relational Coffee
Pot data into the Data Warehouses starschema. I developed the Business Objects Universe and Reports.
Successfully upgraded the Green Management Systems (GMS) application from oracle 8 to 9i. This was an
accounting application that contained contract and accounting information related to green coffee purchases.
At Lands’ End, worked as an Application Developer on Corporate Sales Order Entry and Warehouse Management
System. In this role, I provided production support and project management for development projects. This
included management of contractors located in India as well as the designing,coding and testing application
changes. I also initiated a project to implement a release schedule and systemtesting to bring improvements to the
project life cycle.
