  5. LinkedIn uses an internal set of algorithms to prioritize certain profiles over others, giving the businesses and individuals who have optimized their accounts correctly a leg up in using the service to find jobs, clients and more. How will you stand out, if you don’t care??

  7. The vast majority of people on LinkedIn allow their headline to default to their current job title. What a snooze fest!
  8. QUESTION: how many of you think your job title defines your contribution to the world?
  9. Think about how you might rewrite your own LinkedIn Headline
  10. Lets talk about the REST of the profile now.
  11. To get the most of LinkedIn it IS important to complete all of these steps.
  12. QUESTION: Who hasn’t even bothered to fill this in? Biggest mistake of all – SEO, eye catching, prominence… who you were, who you are, where you are going! ITS NOT A RESUME!!!!! Anyone who still thinks LinkedIn is an online resume? Please leave ;)
