This document summarizes a presentation on a study comparing Rapid Cycle Deliberate Practice (RCDP) to traditional simulation training for resuscitation teams. The study uses a pilot design that divides resuscitation teams into groups to experience either RCDP scenario sequences with directed feedback or traditional simulation scenarios with debriefing. Team performance is evaluated and compared. Open questions are posed about expanding the study to more learners and sites, assessing different learning objectives and simulation outcomes, and determining if improvements translate to clinical performance.
